Behind the Scenes of My Year as the 2025 Hilton Head Area Realtors President!

This year as President of the Hilton Head Area REALTORS® has been one of the most meaningful chapters of my real estate career. It brought challenges, growth, and moments that reminded me exactly why I love leading this incredible Association.

No leadership year is without its hurdles. We faced a changing market, shifting industry expectations, and important conversations about what the future should look like for our Association. Each challenge pushed us to think differently, adapt quickly, and stay rooted in our mission: protecting, supporting, and elevating our community and our members.

One of the most impactful parts of the year has been exploring options for the long-term growth and strength of our Association. These conversations weren’t always easy, but they were necessary. And I truly believe the work we started this year will lead to a stronger, more unified, more resilient future for all of us. I’m excited to see how it will take shape in 2026.

During our annual luncheon, it was especially meaningful to honor someone whose impact has shaped our Association for decades — Jean Beck.

Jean’s dedication, leadership, and steady presence have guided us through countless seasons of change. Her retirement marks the end of an era, but her legacy

will carry forward in everything we do.

My year as President is coming to a close and I’m grateful for the opportunity of this past year to have served my fellow members and community! Here’s to progress, gratitude, and the exciting path in front of us in 2026!
