We started working with Michelle 1 1/2 years ago. We had a dream of moving to the Hilton Head/Blufton area. Although we had a home to sell and were unfamiliar with the area, Michelle was able to quickly access our situation and our needs. Over the course of the next 12 months we traveled down several times to view homes and communities. Michelle was able to quickly hone in on the right community and homes based upon our needs. Her knowledge of the area and the market was impressive. She was there every step of the way even after the close of the property. To anyone thinking of moving down to the area I would suggest that you start with the best and forget the rest !
